The Role This is a hands on technical engineering role focused on investigating real world system behavior and building solutions. You will work across our application, APIs, logs, data integrations, GPS systems, hardware, and codebase to understand how things work and why they sometimes do not. A meaningful part of the role involves writing, improving, and maintaining TypeScript and JavaScript scripts and internal tools. These may help investigate production behavior, analyze customer data, automate operational workflows, validate integrations, or provide functionality that does not yet exist in the product.
