End-to-End Recruitment (Volume Hires & Specialist Roles)\n\nManage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy approval to hired status.\nDraft and post job adverts on Pinpoint and ensure these are advertised appropriately.\nScreen applications, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews and group recruitment sessions.\nProactively source candidates via LinkedIn and other CV databases.\nProvide hiring managers with advice on selection methods and interview best practice.\nIssue offer letters and ensure candidates have all information for their first day\n\n2. Stakeholder Management\n\nAct as the first point of contact for recruitment queries from hiring managers.\nBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs.\nSupport managers in developing recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill roles. \n\n3. Candidate Experience\n\nEnsure all candidates receive an amazing experience, regardless of the outcome of their application.\nManage communication throughout the hiring process.\nPromote Butlin's employer brand at all stages. \n\n4. Compliance & Administration\n\nMaintain accurate records on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).\nEnsure all recruitment activity complies with UK employment law, GDPR, and equality legislation.\nSupport audits and reporting requirements, including time-to-hire and diversity data. \n\n5.
