You’ll be part of a big team of people who are responsible for providing our guests with an altogether more fun and entertaining holiday.\nReporting to the Subway Venue Manager, you will be responsible for role-model behaviour by leading the way as a visible presence in the venue, maintaining high levels of hygiene and cleanliness, supporting the manager in the day to day running as regards team levels, analysing KPI and stock control systems to maximise gross profit margins along with general activities, brand standard compliance, food safety and health & safety policies.
