budget\nMaintain accurate workforce within scheduling systems\nMaintain accurate records of absence, holidays and shift changes\nCommunicate rota changes effectively\nKEY KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS\nExperience in rota planning or workforce scheduling\nStrong numerical and analytical skills\nProficient in excel and workforce management systems\nGood understanding of labour cost control\nStrong organisational skills\nExperience in hospitality, retail or leisure would be
