This role involves managing the entire creator process, from discovery through to content approvals, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategy and data teams, to ensure all campaign KPIs are met, while also managing client communications and leading a project delivery team.\nThis position requires excellent organisational skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to lead and mentor team members in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be proactive, adaptable, and committed to upholding the high standards that Buttermilk is known for.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCampaign Management & Process Optimization:\nMonitor and manage the entire creator process, from creator discovery to content approvals, optimizing workflows for efficiency, profitability, and success.\n\nAim to increase sign-up rates, reduce drop-out rates, and improve content quality and campaign results.\n\nTimeline & Target Setting:\nEstablish and monitor delivery timelines, ensuring the team has clear targets and deadlines.\n\nLead the process of setting KPIs and recommending deliverables based on client briefs, in collaboration with strategy and data teams.\n\nClient Communications:\nServe as a point of contact for clients regarding campaign delivery, providing updates on timelines, creator progress, and content approvals.\n\nEnsure high standards of client service and address any escalated queries or issues.\n\nTeam Management & Leadership:\nManage and mentor a team, providing guidance and support to ensure timely and on-standard delivery.\n\nLead both line management and project management responsibilities, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.\n\nMargin & Profitability Oversight:\nOversee the profitability of creator programs, ensuring that campaigns meet or exceed GP (gross profit) goals.\n\nProtect account and project margins by managing resources efficiently and monitoring hours spent.\n\nReporting & Data Management:\nContribute to status reports and provide input on campaign performance.\n\nPerform data checks and dashboard reviews to ensure accuracy in reporting and to assess campaign success.\n\nRequired Experience & Skills:\nSolid experience in campaign or project management within an agency environment.\n\nProven Influencer Marketing (IFM) experience.\n\nStrong track record in project management, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.\n\nExceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to solving challenges.\n\nExperience working with creative teams and clients, with the
