As a Creator Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing mid to macro-level influencers, ensuring high standards across discovery, negotiations, and content approvals for our Silver and Gold-tier clients.\nRole Overview:\nThe Creator Manager will manage influencer campaigns for mid to macro/VIP influencers, ensuring seamless execution from discovery to campaign completion. You’ll be responsible for overseeing influencer quality control, managing negotiations, and building strong relationships with talent managers. This role requires a blend of strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.\nKey Responsibilities:\nInfluencer Discovery & Outreach:\nIdentify, research, and engage mid to macro-level influencers who align with client campaign goals.\n\nInfluencer Onboarding & Management:\nOversee the onboarding process, including contract negotiations, content reviews, and approvals, ensuring compliance with ASA guidelines.\n\nServe as the primary point of contact for influencers, maintaining strong, ongoing communication throughout the campaign lifecycle.\n\nQuality Control & Monitoring:\nReview influencer content and creator lists, ensuring it meets client standards for quality, accuracy, and campaign goals.\n\nMonitor campaign targets and performance, ensuring influencer delivery is on time and within agreed parameters.\n\nNegotiations & Contracting:\nLead negotiations with mid-level influencers, ensuring cost-effective deals without compromising quality.\n\nProvide guidance to Senior Creator Executives (SCE) on mid-tier negotiations, serving as a support and sounding board.\n\nCampaign Management & Reporting:\nManage campaign dashboards, ensuring accurate data entry, monitoring progress, and conducting spot checks for quality assurance.\n\nCollaborate with internal teams (strategy, data, client services) to optimise influencer campaign strategies and troubleshoot any issues.\n\nRelationship Building & Fulfilment Support:\nBuild and maintain proactive relationships with talent managers to secure premium creators for campaigns.\n\nProvide support in logistics and fulfillment, ensuring product send-outs and campaign materials are delivered on time.\n\nIndustry Knowledge & Best Practices:\nStay updated on social media trends, platforms, influencer landscape, and ASA guidelines, ensuring Buttermilk’s influencer strategies remain cutting-edge.\n\nShare industry insights with internal teams to continuously improve campaign performance.\n\nExperience & Qualifications:\nExperience in a similar Creator Manager role or equivalent in a fast paced agency environment handling influencer marketing and campaign management\n\nMandatory experience in influencer management with strong relationships and a proven ability to handle mid to macro-level
