resourcing, best practise and enhancing performance.\nWorking closely with the business to manage HR support and act in an advisory role.\nBuilding and managing relationships with key internal stakeholders and external parties/suppliers.\nManaging employee relations and recruitment process for all levels.\nLeading salary survey/job mapping exercises and engaging with the business to ensure accurate data. \nReviewing new hire, onboarding and exit data and liaising with the business on feedback.\nBeing responsible for the administration and monitoring of internal and external training.\nResponding pro-actively to audit requests.\nReviewing, updating and applying local policies and procedures.\nAssisting HR Operations with processes such as LSAs, and HR projects.\nProviding support and cover for the management of employee workspaces, ensuring data is retained correctly and all employee documents are saved according to GDPR procedures.\nSupporting HR Administrators.\nYour qualifications and skills include:\n\nRelevant HR qualification.\n3+ years’ experience in an HR Officer role.\nStrong awareness of local legislation and ability to interpret policies & procedures\nAdvanced administration skills, with a high degree of numeracy and literacy.\nAdvanced IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).\nExcellent communication skills and Customer care and service techniques.\nStrong personal organisation and time management skills.\nHigh degree of discretion and ability to preserve absolute confidentiality.\nExperience of working with HR Database / Payroll software.\nIdentify problems and use logic, judgement and data and pro-actively provide solutions.\nDesire to broaden industry
