Let’s build something extraordinary together!\nJob Description\nAs a Returns Processor, you will primarily focus on processing returned devices so they can be appropriately recorded, triaged, and further processed. As such, you will work closely with the existing team, and provide whatever support they require to manage the incoming inventory. Responsibilities will include the following (note that training will be provided in several areas):\nOrganizing and labeling returned packages\nOpening returned packages, sorting the contents, and cleaning and disinfecting returned devices that were used in the field\nInvestigating product history and status using existing tools \nPerforming simple data entry\nMaintaining inventory levels of materials used in the processing of returns\nDisassembling, scrapping, and recycling returned product\nVarious other tasks of similar nature in support of the team and their responsibilities\nQualifications\nBaseline skills/experiences/attributes:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nAbility to learn new technical skills quickly with an appropriate amount of training\nAbility to work with people, or alone, as the situation demands \nAbility to stand for long periods of time, handle a large number of packages, and open returned boxes\nSelf-driven, organized, and detail-oriented\nExperience with basic office software tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Sheets, Docs, etc.\nIdeally, you also have these skills/experiences/attributes (but it’s ok if you don’t!):\nComfortable in a lab setting, and using basic electrical equipment, computer equipment, and hand tools\nValues\nInnovation is what we do.
