You'll work across discovery, strategy, interaction design, prototyping, and execution, helping transform complex business and technical challenges into elegant user experiences.\nThis role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys operating with significant ownership, and wants to influence both product direction and customer outcomes.\nAS A PRODUCT DESIGNER, YOU WILL:\nLead end-to-end design for product initiatives from discovery through launch\nPartner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define solutions and prioritize opportunities\nTranslate customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints into intuitive experiences\nCreate wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and polished UI designs\nConduct and synthesize user research and customer feedback\nUse qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decisions\nContribute to and evolve Button's design system\nHelp establish design best practices across the organization\nPresent work clearly and effectively to stakeholders\nWE LOOK FOR TEAMMATES WHO HAVE:\n4-7 years of experience designing digital products\nStrong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and business impact\nExperience owning product areas independently\nExcellent interaction and systems design skills\nStrong communication and collaboration skills\nComfort working in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities\nProficiency with modern design tools (Figma required)\nBONUS POINTS:\nExperience in fintech, commerce, marketplaces, advertising technology, or B2B SaaS\nExperience at startups or high-growth companies\nFamiliarity with experimentation and data-informed product development\nExperience designing for complex workflows or operational tools\nCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS:\nButton’s total compensation package includes a base salary competitive with what is offered by similar companies in major US markets. The salary range for this role in the United States is expected to be between $145,000 - $175,000(offered salary is based on a number of factors including skills and experience relative to the job description listed above). In addition, Button provides employees with a 401(k) plan and automatically contributes 3% of an employee’s salary annually.
