As a new hire, you will play a key role in getting this major launch off the ground and making it a success, serving as the first line of support for clients navigating both savings and investing in one seamless environment.\n What you will do\nBuild meaningful relationships with our users, delivering high-quality, efficient support via chat, email, and phone\n\nPlay a vital role in onboarding and supporting clients using our new dedicated Savings proposition (flexible savings & term deposits) alongside our core investment platform\n\nGuide new users through the app and web platforms to ensure a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience\n\nStay ahead of the curve on new platform features, market updates, interest rates, and our expanding product suite\n\nCollaborate directly with Product, Ops, and Compliance teams to resolve complex client queries quickly\n\nGather real user feedback on both savings and investing tools, sharing actionable insights across the business to improve our products\n\nAssist with Dutch translations, customer communication content, and help keep our internal knowledge base accurate and up to date\n\nSpot opportunities to make our operational workflows smarter, faster, and more client-friendly\n\nWhat you need to succeed\nNative/fluent proficiency in Dutch and full professional fluency in English (essential)\n\nA recent Bachelor’s degree
