Functional/Project Based : \n\n- Lead business requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into configurations or customizations.\n\n2. Implementation Leadership : \n\n- For new module rollouts, conduct \"fit-gap\" analysis to guide clients toward standard features where possible, while clearly articulating the ROI and maintenance trade-offs of custom development.\n\n3. Managed Services : \n\n- Own the lifecycle after the client's \"functional grooming\" of a ticket, from solution design, acceptance criteria, and final deployment.\n\n4. Technical Execution : \n\n- Develop, test, and deploy customizations using SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.x), SuiteTalk, and SuiteFlow to extend NetSuite functionality beyond \"out of the box\" capabilities.\n\n5. Artificial Intelligence (AI) : \n\n- Advise clients on the NetSuite AI roadmap, helping them leverage SuiteSense and other AI-driven features to automate financial and operational workflows.\n\n6. Integration Management : \n\n- Support integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems (e.g., Salesforce, Billing platforms, etc.).\n\nKey Qualifications : \n\n1. Experience : \n\n- 5+ years of hands-on experience in functional design, development, and administration of NetSuite.\n\n- Good understanding of ERP core business processes such as Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and financial management (GL, AR, AP).\n\n- Experience with NetSuite's configuration including SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow (workflows), and Saved Searches.\n\n- Support NetSuite Application Users on day to day issues.\n\n- NetSuite system support including Production and Sandbox environments.\n\n- Experience with Reports and Dashboard.\n\n- Experience with Inbound and Outbound integrations with NetSuite.\n\n- User training for users to perform their day-to-day jobs by explaining NetSuite standard practices.\n\n2. AI Acumen : \n\n- Ability to understand how NetSuite is utilizing AI in their product and advise clients on utilizing AI for predictive analytics and process improvement.\n\n3. Consultative Mindset : \n\n- In implementations, the ability to advocate for \"out of the box\" best practices vs. custom extensions, managing client expectations effectively.\n\n4. Documentation Skills : \n\n- Proficiency in creating clear solution design documents (SDD) and user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts.\n\n5. Language : \n\n- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required to support our global client base.\n\n6. Certification : \n\n- NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant or Certified Developer is a significant plus.\n\n7. Nice to have : \n\n- Additional experiences such as with integration tools e.g., Workato, supporting Zone or other billing platforms, TMT industry experience with, for example the transition from an asset based business to subscription business models.\n\n8.
