Oh, and the Planet.\nOur customers are everyday bargain hunters, resellers, and families looking for incredible deals on brand-name products.\nThis role is responsible for bringing new markets online - from store setup to operational launch.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLaunch new markets\nAssist the rollout of new BuyWander store locations\nPhysically prepare and stock the soon-to-be opening store\nCoordinate store buildouts, layouts, and equipment setup\nEnsure facilities are ready for inventory intake and auction operations\nStandardize safety procedures\nBuild operational systems\nEstablish processing stations, storage areas, and material handling workflows\nImplement barcode systems and inventory tracking processes\nCoordinate with internal teams to integrate systems and workflows\nOperationalize new facilities\nWork with General Managers and supervisors in setting up the store\nHelp recruit and train early store staff\nEstablish workflows and performance standards\nEnsure new locations are running smoothly before transitioning to local leadership\nSolve problems quickly\nIdentify operational bottlenecks during launches\nImplement improvements to increase throughput and efficiency\nWork closely with leadership to support rapid company growth\nTroubleshoot issues as they arise\nTurn over a functioning facility to the new General Manager\nRequirements\nWhat We’re Looking For\nStrong operator mindset and ability to execute\nExperience in logistics, store operations, supply chain, or operations management\nComfortable working in fast-paced startup environments\nWillingness to travel 75% of the time and spend time on-site during launches.
