You're a team player at heart, energised by collaboration in a fast-paced environment.\nRole responsibilities:\nCoordinate the development and production of bids, submissions and marketing material across all studios. \nEngage with leadership, project teams and external consultants to coordinate submission collateral. \nAssist with the ongoing development and production of submission-related marketing collateral.\nUpdate and maintain a database of our opportunity pipeline, projects, people, and key contact details for our clients and collaborators.\nHelp to update and maintain a register of new project opportunities and upcoming deadlines.\nAdditional experience:\nConfident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills \nProficient across the Adobe suite \nHighly motivated and pro-active \nWell organised with excellent attention to detail \nAnalytical and problem-solving skills \nAble to work autonomously and meet multiple rolling deadlines\nOur people come first.
