You will be accountable for maintaining implementation momentum, resolving blockers, managing risk, and ensuring customers launch successfully against clearly defined scope and timelines.\nKey Areas of Responsibility:\nOwn customer implementations from handoff by Solutions Engineering through successful production go-live.\nEstablish and manage implementation plans, milestones, dependencies, responsibilities, and target launch dates.\nLead customer implementation kickoffs and establish clear governance and ways of working for the delivery process.\nGuide customers through integration with BVNK’s APIs, webhooks, authentication methods, and payment infrastructure.\nProvide technical guidance and best practices throughout implementation while ensuring alignment with the solution agreed during the sales process.\nCoordinate testing, sandbox integration, configuration, certification, operational readiness, and production launch activities.\nAct as the primary point of coordination between customers and BVNK teams during implementation.\nWork closely with Engineering, Product, Compliance, Operations, and other internal teams to resolve implementation blockers and dependencies.\nTroubleshoot technical integration issues and coordinate escalation to specialist teams where required.\nProactively identify risks to scope, timeline, or launch readiness and establish clear mitigation plans.\nMaintain clear communication with customer and internal stakeholders regarding implementation progress, risks, decisions, and next steps.\nManage changes to implementation scope and ensure material changes are appropriately assessed and agreed.\nEnsure customer implementations meet BVNK’s technical and operational standards before production launch.\nCreate repeatable implementation processes, playbooks, documentation, and best practices that improve time-to-live and scalability.\nIdentify recurring implementation friction and provide structured feedback to Product, Engineering, and Solutions Engineering.\nConduct a structured post-launch handoff to the appropriate ongoing customer owner once implementation objectives have been achieved.\nWhat we need from you:\nStrong technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication, data flows, and software integrations.\nExperience in technical implementation, delivery, integration management, professional services, technical project management, or a similar customer-facing role.\nStrong understanding of payments infrastructure and payment flows; experience with stablecoins, digital assets, or crypto payment rails is highly advantageous.\nProven ability to manage complex customer implementations involving multiple technical and business stakeholders.\nStrong project and program management skills, with the ability to establish plans, manage dependencies, and drive customers and internal teams toward deadlines.\nAbility to troubleshoot technical issues and work effectively with Engineering and Product teams to resolve blockers.\nExcellent customer communication skills, including the ability to set expectations and manage difficult conversations when timelines or requirements change.\nStrong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations.\nAbility to identify risks early, escalate appropriately, and maintain accountability across cross-functional teams.\nA proactive, ownership-oriented mindset focused on achieving successful customer outcomes and reducing time to value.\nWhat you can expect from us:\nFair and competitive salary at every stage of your growth\nFlexible working hours, with hybrid working at its heart\nA culture built on passionate, growth-minded people\nA flexible approach to holiday\nOpportunities to travel to our offices around the world\nAn open and creative environment where you can help us define the future of BVNK, its culture, and its opportunity sets\nAt BVNK, we are focused on building a diverse and inclusive team.
