You will lead the technical strategy for some of BVNK’s most complex and strategic opportunities, helping customers understand how BVNK’s products and infrastructure can support their business and technical requirements.\nYou will sit at the intersection of Sales, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Delivery, combining deep technical expertise with strong commercial judgment and executive-level customer communication. You will be responsible for reducing technical uncertainty during the sales cycle, shaping scalable solution architectures, identifying risks and dependencies early, and ensuring that opportunities handed to Delivery are well-designed and ready for implementation.\nIn addition to owning customer opportunities directly, you will help raise the technical standard of the broader Solutions Engineering organization through mentoring, reusable solution patterns, technical enablement, and cross-functional leadership.\nKey Areas of Responsibility:\nAct as the technical owner for strategic, complex, and enterprise customer opportunities throughout the sales process.\nPartner closely with Sales and Account Management to develop technical strategy, qualify opportunities, and progress deals toward successful close.\nLead complex technical discovery across customer architecture, payment flows, integration requirements, regulatory considerations, operational processes, and business objectives.\nDesign scalable end-to-end solutions using BVNK’s APIs, products, payment rails, stablecoin infrastructure, and supporting capabilities.\nTranslate complex business and technical requirements into clear solution architectures, technical recommendations, and implementation approaches.\nLead product demonstrations, technical workshops, architecture sessions, API discussions, and solution-design exercises with senior customer stakeholders.\nOwn technical qualification and validation during the sales process, identifying technical risks, dependencies, product gaps, scalability considerations, and implementation constraints before a deal closes.\nGuide customers through complex architecture and integration decisions, balancing technical best practice, customer requirements, product capabilities, and commercial considerations.\nLead technical components of enterprise procurement processes, including architecture reviews, security assessments, due diligence, and technical questionnaires.\nDevelop proofs of concept and lead technical validation exercises where required to progress strategic opportunities.\nPartner closely with Product and Engineering to assess new and complex customer use cases, define solution approaches, and influence product development based on market requirements.\nIdentify recurring customer requirements and product gaps, helping shape product strategy and roadmap prioritization.\nEstablish clear implementation scope, solution architecture, dependencies, assumptions, and technical requirements before signed customers transition to Delivery.\nProvide structured and high-quality handoffs to Delivery, ensuring that customer objectives, architecture decisions, risks, dependencies, and commitments are clearly documented and understood.\nBuild trusted relationships with senior technical and business stakeholders at customers and prospects, acting as a credible technical advisor throughout the sales process.\nMentor and support other Solutions Engineers, providing guidance on solution design, technical discovery, deal strategy, and customer engagement.\nContribute to the development of Solutions Engineering standards, methodologies, best practices, and operating processes.\nDevelop reusable technical content, reference architectures, solution patterns, enablement materials, and internal documentation that help scale the global commercial organization.\nSupport enablement of Sales, Account Management, and other commercial teams on BVNK’s products, technical capabilities, and solution positioning.\nProvide market, competitive, and customer insights back into BVNK to help shape product strategy, commercial strategy, and roadmap priorities.\nWhat we need from you:\nSignificant experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally supporting complex enterprise customers.\nStrong technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication, data flows, system architecture, and modern software integrations.\nStrong understanding of payments infrastructure, payment flows, and financial technology ecosystems.\nExperience with stablecoins, digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, or crypto payment rails is highly advantageous.\nDemonstrated ability to design and communicate complex end-to-end technical solutions across multiple systems, products, and stakeholders.\nExperience owning technically complex enterprise sales opportunities from discovery through technical validation and close.\nAbility to identify technical risks, dependencies, and product gaps early while remaining pragmatic and solutions-oriented.\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly with software engineers, architects, product leaders, security teams, compliance stakeholders, and senior executives.\nStrong commercial judgment and a clear understanding of how technical decisions influence sales cycles, deal progression, implementation success, and long-term customer outcomes.\nExperience leading technical workshops, architecture discussions, product demonstrations, and executive-level customer conversations.\nAbility to manage multiple complex and high-priority opportunities simultaneously.\nStrong cross-functional collaboration skills across Sales, Product, Engineering, Compliance, Security, and Delivery.\nExperience mentoring or providing technical leadership to other Solutions Engineers is highly
