The ideal candidate is a quick learner, team-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities.\nThis is not an entry-level role and is hiring ASAP.\nWhat You’ll Do\n- Perform hands-on clinical duties including EKGs, blood draws, vital signs, and other practical MA responsibilities independently\n- Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during visits and procedures\n- Ensure accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record\n- Deliver a high-quality patient experience through professionalism, empathy, and clear communication\n- Maintain exam rooms, equipment, and clinical supplies according to practice standards\n- Use EHR systems efficiently and adapt quickly to new workflows, tools, and technology\n- Anticipate provider needs and support smooth, efficient clinic flow\n- Communicate effectively with both clinical and administrative team members to ensure continuity of care\n- Demonstrate a strong team-oriented mindset, stepping in where needed to support patients and colleagues\n-Contribute positively to a collaborative, respectful, and patient-focused practice culture\n- Greet and check in patients, creating a welcoming and professional first impression\n- Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and incoming phone calls\n- Verify insurance, collect copays, and assist with basic billing coordination\n- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation\n- Coordinate patient check-out, follow-ups, and referrals\nWhat We’re Looking For\n- Certified or Licensed Medical Assistant (required)\n- Previous MA experience required -
