You’ll join an established clinical team that currently includes a General Surgeon, ultrasound technician, two Medical Assistants, and three office staff members.\nThe ideal candidate has a background in Family Practice or Primary Care, is confident working with a broad patient population, and is comfortable practicing with a high degree of autonomy. We prefer candidates with at least two years of experience, although we are open to considering an exceptional candidate with less experience.\nAs the Family Practice side of the clinic grows, the provider can expect to build toward an average patient volume of approximately 20-25 patients per day.\nWhat You’ll Do\nProvide comprehensive primary care and family medicine services to patients\n\nEvaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions\n\nPerform routine physicals, wellness visits, and preventive care\n\nOrder and interpret appropriate laboratory tests, imaging, and diagnostic studies\n\nDevelop individualized treatment and care plans\n\nPrescribe medications and manage ongoing medication needs within scope of practice\n\nEducate patients on preventive health, disease management, lifestyle changes, and treatment plans\n\nMonitor and manage common chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia\n\nCoordinate referrals and follow-up care with specialists when appropriate\n\nMaintain timely and accurate documentation in the electronic health record\n\nCollaborate with the physician and clinical support team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care\n\nHelp establish and grow the clinic's Family Practice patient population\n\nBuild strong, long-term relationships with patients and families in the community\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nLicensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) eligible to practice in Texas\n\nFamily Practice or Primary Care experience strongly preferred\n\n2+ years of clinical experience preferred, although the practice is open to the right candidate\n\nStrong clinical assessment and decision-making skills\n\nComfortable independently evaluating and managing a broad range of primary care conditions\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\n\nPatient-centered approach with an interest in developing long-term patient relationships\n\nHighly organized, dependable, and collaborative\n\nSpanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required\n\nCompensation & Benefits\n$80,000 annual base salary\n\nProduction-based
