Our Property Division is at the heart of this - providing engineering expertise across multiple sectors and guiding projects from first concept right through to commissioning.\nThis is your chance to work on challenging, high-profile projects where no two days are the same.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nDesigning roads, levels, drainage, and external works for both public (adoptable) and private realm schemes.\n\nContributing to projects from early planning through to detailed design and delivery.\n\nUsing your technical skills to support multiple projects, with guidance from senior colleagues when needed.\n\nCollaborating with clients, planning authorities, and national bodies such as the Environment Agency.\n\nTaking an active role in mentoring less experienced colleagues and representing BWB in technical discussions.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nCivil engineering design experience, particularly in levels, drainage, and external works.\n\nSkills in AutoCAD, Civil 3D (or PDS with willingness to train on Civil 3D), MicroDrainage, and Microsoft Office.\n\nAn understanding of multi-disciplinary projects and the drive to broaden your knowledge across sectors.\n\nStrong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different audiences - from clients to colleagues.\n\nCommercial awareness and the confidence to represent the team externally.\n\nA proactive, “self-starter” mindset with a collaborative approach.\n\nWhy Join BWB?\nAt BWB, we don’t just offer jobs - we build careers.
