We push boundaries to deliver exceptional results for our clients - and create meaningful impact for the communities we serve.\nSenior Civil Engineer - Property Division\nWhat you’ll be doing\nYou’ll play a key role in our Property Division, delivering a wide variety of consultancy services to a diverse client base across the UK. From inception through to commissioning, our team provides engineering expertise across multiple sectors - and you’ll be at the heart of it.\nIn this role, you’ll:\nTake ownership of challenging projects, leading the preliminary and detailed design of levels, drainage and external works in both public (adoptable) and private realms.\n\nSupervise and manage the delivery of multiple projects, occasionally leading small teams with delegated authority from the Team Leader or Principal Engineer.\n\nBuild and maintain excellent relationships with existing clients while showcasing our capabilities to new ones.\n\nMentor and support Graduates and Engineers, while continuing your own professional growth.\n\nLead by example - demonstrating professionalism, diligence and a passion for knowledge-sharing across the team.\n\nWhat you’ll bring\nWe’re looking for someone with strong technical independence and the ability to thrive in a multi-disciplinary environment.
