Executive - Permanent Full Time\nThe Payroll Executive is responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of multiple weekly payrolls using world class technologies to exploit opportunities for efficiencies.\nThe responsibilities of this role include the following:\nManage payroll process for multiple independent retailers and business as part of a Payroll Shared Service centre\n\nProcess necessary payments and deductions on a weekly basis as recorded in Employee Central\n\nProcess payroll using Success Factors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll alongside supporting integrated technologies\n\nManage payroll queries as they arise from independent retailers\n\nSupport retailers in managing data to ensure accurate payroll processing\n\nReview data to support and aid during the onboarding process to ensure accurate payroll process\n\nEnsure compliance with Revenue in all payments processed\n\nPrepare and make available relevant reports, payroll analysis and accounting processes\n\nAs required, process joiners and leavers in the system\n\nRequirements\nThe candidate must possess the following attributes:\nPrevious experience in ROI payroll\n\nUp to date with relevant compliance e.g. PAYE Modernisation etc\n\nAbility to prioritise workload and to meet deadlines\n\nExcellent numerical and mathematical skills\n\nKnowledge of payroll software systems and/or strong computer skills\n\nThe ability to handle confidential / sensitive information\n\nThe ability work accurately with a strong attention to detail\n\nStrong organisational and administration skills with the ability to follow payroll processes\n\nTrustworthy\n\nCritical thinker within a fast paced environment\n\nAdaptable to change, in order to achieve efficiencies\n\nThe ideal candidate will also possess the following:\nIPASS Qualification or working towards a qualification\n\nPrevious experience in UK payroll is an advantage\n\nAdaptable to varying payroll frequencies, timelines and processes\n\nExcellent communication skills (written & verbal)\n\nWorks well as part of a team as well as working on own initiative\n\nStrong communication skills\n\nDesire and attitude of continuous improvement\n\nCustomer Service Orientated\n\nExperience in SAP Success Factors EC and ECP
