You’ll translate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), templates, and format standards into consistently excellent output at scale, while supporting freelance contributors when needed.\nBeyond day-to-day production, you’ll help evolve the systems behind our content by identifying edge cases, surfacing recurring issues, and sharing insights that improve prompts, templates, and workflows.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured processes, loves creating clear and engaging content, and is excited to help shape the next generation of AI-native editorial operations.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities):\nProduce New Content\nProduce high-quality across BWZ publications using in-house automations, SOPs, templates, and formats.\nMaintain strong output velocity while upholding accuracy, clarity, and SEO requirements.\nIdentify recurring issues, edge cases, or blockers and surface them to the Content Manager.\nOwn Content Quality\nQA all assigned content-new and upgraded-to ensure accuracy, readability, SEO alignment, and brand consistency.\nEnsure visuals, CTAs, internal links, and structural elements are implemented correctly.\nCollaborate with the SEO Content Manager to improve the usefulness and performance of each content format and implement improvements at scale.\nEnsure content is useful, helpful, and relevant to the reader and goes above and beyond competing articles.\nHow Your Success Will Be Measured:\nContent Production & Velocity: The volume and consistency of new content and updates you produce-measured by your ability to meet or exceed publishing targets for your assigned formats.\n Content Quality: The quality of the content you produce and upgrade-measured by adherence to editorial, SEO, and formatting standards, while minimizing revisions and QA issues.\nYour Skillset Includes:\n2+ years of experience in content production, content coordination, editorial operations, or a similar role.\nStrong writing, editing, and QA skills with attention to accuracy, clarity, and structure.\nBackground in SEO principles and on-page best practices (SEO writing, content marketing, or operational editorial work).\nExperience working with or writing about SaaS products is an asset.\nAbility to follow detailed SOPs, templates, and workflows with consistency and precision.\nComfort using AI tools as part of a structured editorial process.\nExperience with WordPress.\nHighly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple pieces of content simultaneously.\nNice to Haves:\nExperience using SEO tools like Ahrefs (SEO
