We thrive on mutual respect for each other, our valued guests, and our workspaces.\nKNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILL\nMust have minimally 1+ years Food Runner/Busser experience in a fine dining, high volume setting\nPersonable demeanor and ability to deliver memory-making hospitable service\nAbility to think quickly and multi-task in a fast-paced environment\nAbility to communicate effectively and eloquently\nAbility to take direction and execute\nHigh standards for cleanliness of workspace and service areas\nA desire to advocate on behalf of the guest as well as anticipate guest needs\nProfessional demeanor, polished appearance with the ability to exceed guest's expectations\nAbility to work in an ever-changing environment\nAbility to work both independently and in a team environment\nStrong work ethic and customer-focused approach\nAbility to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays\nMust be passionate and dedicated to success\nESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES\nDeliver a high-quality food and beverage dining experience to support guest dining experience\nDelivers food and drink orders to the correct table in a timely manner\nAssists the server as necessary to ensure that the guest is served in a timely manner\nEnsure the area is well stocked, and maintain the cleanliness of the workspace throughout the shift\nMaintain dining ambiance with an enthusiastic and graceful attitude \nDemonstrate expert knowledge of all menu items, as well as specials\nActively participate during line up\nMaintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout all areas of the restaurant both before, during and after service\nMaintain proper loss prevention standards pursuant to Restaurant protocol\nAdhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies\nComplete all assigned side work relevant to guest interactive service\nFollow all company policies, procedures, and guidelines\nConsistently report to scheduled shifts on time\nWork ethically \nPerforms other duties and responsibilities as per business need\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\nAbility to perform the essential job functions consistent safely and successfully with the ADA, as well as other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.\nMust be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs;
