This individual must be deeply engaged in the guest journey, balancing creativity, operational excellence, and financial discipline to execute at the highest level.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead culinary execution for high-volume, luxury events with a focus on quality, consistency, and presentation \nCollaborate on menu development, bringing creativity while aligning with brand standards and profitability goals \nOversee adherence to company SOPs, including ordering guidelines and staffing matrices \nManage kitchen operations during events, ensuring seamless execution from prep through service \nMaintain strict standards for food safety, sanitation, and workplace cleanliness \nTrain, mentor, and develop culinary team members, fostering a culture of accountability and growth \nPartner with leadership teams to ensure alignment across operations, service, and guest experience \nQualifications\nMinimum 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within a luxury event or wedding venue \nProven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment \nStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and execution \nDemonstrated leadership ability with a focus on team development \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills \nSelf-motivated with the ability to inspire and lead others \nServSafe certification (current and valid) required \nFlexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays \nWhat We’re Looking For\nWe are seeking a culinary leader who embodies professionalism, creativity, and discipline.
