Rather than providing legal advice or interpreting regulations, the team ensures regulatory commitments are translated into practical operating procedures, governance frameworks, and sustainable business processes.\nWorking closely with Licensing, Legal, Product and the regional business teams, you will ensure every licensed entity launches with the appropriate operational controls and continues to meet its ongoing regulatory obligations.\nResponsibilities\nLead the operational implementation of regulatory licences across all licensed entities, ensuring operational readiness and regulatory commitments are fully embedded into business operations prior to go-live.\n\nDevelop and maintain compliance operational frameworks, including SOPs, governance processes, control frameworks and monitoring mechanisms.\n\nStandardise compliance operational documentation, templates and implementation methodologies across jurisdictions.\n\nMaintain oversight of regulatory obligations by implementing governance, tracking and escalation mechanisms across licensed entities.\n\nIdentify operational gaps between regulatory requirements, internal policies and business practices, and drive remediation.\n\nPartner with Licensing, Legal, Product, Technology, Operations and regional teams throughout the licensing lifecycle.\n\nProvide senior management with regular reporting on implementation progress, operational risks and regulatory commitments.\n\nLead and develop the Compliance Operations team while driving continuous improvement across the function.\n\nRequirements\n10+ years' experience in Compliance Operations, Regulatory Operations or a related function within financial services, fintech or digital assets.\n\nDemonstrated experience implementing regulatory or licensing requirements into operational business processes.\n\nExperience operating across multiple jurisdictions and working with global stakeholders.\n\nProven experience building or improving operational frameworks within a regulated environment.\n\nStrong programme management and stakeholder management capabilities.\n\nExcellent written communication with demonstrated experience designing SOPs, operational procedures and governance documentation that enable scalable and consistent business operations.\n\nPrevious people management experience with the ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.\n\nProfile\nPassionate about cryptocurrency, digital assets and emerging financial technologies.\n\nBuilder mindset with the ability to create structure in fast-moving environments.\n\nCommercially minded and able to balance regulatory expectations with business objectives.\n\nHigh level of ownership and accountability.\n\nComfortable leveraging AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency and team productivity.\n\nWhy Join Us\nAt Bybit, we are committed to fostering a supportive and enriching work environment. \nOur benefits include:\n- Study Growth Fund: We support your professional development and continuous learning.\n- Internal Events: Participate in regular team-building activities, workshops, and events designed to promote collaboration and innovation.\n- Global Collaboration: Be part of a diverse, international team, working alongside colleagues from around the world.\n- Career Advancement: Access opportunities for growth and advancement within a rapidly expanding global company.\n- Internal Mobility: Grow with us- Your long-term development is important to us.
