This role bridges compliance, legal, and product operations, focusing on building compliant, scalable models that integrate both traditional payment infrastructures and crypto-stablecoin settlement mechanisms.\nThe ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in global payment compliance, cross-border settlement frameworks, and crypto-financial regulations, with a strong ability to translate compliance requirements into practical business and product solutions.\nKey Responsibilities:\n1. Compliance Framework & Infrastructure Design\nDevelop and implement a compliance framework for fiat on/off-ramp and payment products that aligns with regulatory requirements across EU, LATAM, and MENA.\n\nDesign compliance-ready payment and settlement models, combining stablecoins with traditional financial systems.\n\nBuild and maintain documentation including policies, business models, SOPs, and risk assessment frameworks that support product launches and ongoing operations.\n\n2. Regulatory Strategy & License Application\nSupport and coordinate license applications (e.g., EMI, PSP, SVF, CASP, MiCAR, or equivalent) by preparing operational, compliance, and product-related documentation.\n\nWork directly with legal and compliance counsel to ensure regulatory filings meet jurisdictional standards.\n\nLiaise with regulators and external legal advisors to clarify and align requirements for cross-border settlements and stablecoin integration.\n\n3. Product & Partner Compliance Enablement\nAdvise product, engineering, and operations teams on compliance implications of new features and guide them in adapting product flows accordingly.\n\nIdentify and structure partnerships with banks, PSPs, stablecoin issuers, and payment networks that meet compliance and operational standards.\n\nCollaborate with internal teams to establish secure and auditable fund flow designs, including user KYC/KYB, transaction monitoring, and reporting processes.\n\n4.
