You will make regulatory requirements work in day-to-day operations and provide independent, practical advice to management and business teams.\nWhat you’ll do\nDevelop the EMI’s compliance framework, including policies, advisory processes, controls, monitoring and reporting.\n\nAssess regulatory changes affecting e-money and payment services, and work with the relevant teams to implement them.\n\nSet a risk-based compliance monitoring plan, evaluate the effectiveness of controls and track findings through to resolution.\n\nAdvise Product, Operations and management on new offerings, processes and outsourcing arrangements.\n\nPrepare compliance reporting for management and, where the role requires it, support engagement with the regulator.
