Supported by 24/7 multilingual customer service and a strong commitment to innovation, we are shaping the future of finance through technology, collaboration, and bold execution.\nToday, Bybit is recognized as one of the most trusted and transparent platforms in the digital asset industry, continuing to expand its global presence while building the infrastructure for the next generation of financial services.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPeriodic review of customer classification (retail customer/professional customer/eligible counterparty), including performance of several MiFID related measures: MiFID Appropriateness test and the MIfID Acadamy Quiz.t\n\nServe as the back office point of contact for MiFID related operational topics of the Bybit EU Platform.\n\nLiaise with internal departments such as Legal, Compliance and Customer Support to facilitate timely and coordinated case handling of MiFID related topics.\n\nMonitoring of timely and proper EMIR transaction reporting\nDaily monitoring of EMIR transaction reports to the transaction register, including pairing/matching quotas.\n\nClarification and correction of rejections/unmatched trades; coordination of late registrations and cancellations.\n\nControl of UTI and UPI allocation, LEI validity, collateral/valuation notifications and lifecycle events.\n\nOversee the daily PRIIP KID production and ensure proper escalation to ensure its availability and validity\nOperational monitoring of the process for creating/updating KIDs (schedules, responsibilities, approvals).\n\nChecking completeness/formalities (language versions, cost indicators, performance scenarios, SRI, historic funding rates) and correct publication/distribution.\n\nTracking regulatory updates (Level 2 RTS) and coordinating implementation with the product/legal department.\n\nMaintaining the KID register, including version and validity management.\n\nAnswering PRIIP KID Helpline requests (Phonecalls)\n\nSupport with audits/inspections (internal, supervisory, auditors).\n\nRequirements:\nCompleted commercial or technical school education with a technical affinity\n\nSolid MS Office skills, especially Excel, Apple OS and preferably Lark\n\nSQL and database experience are an advantage (MS SQL Server, Oracle DB)\n\nBasic understanding of MiFID II and its implementation in Austria, as well as compliance with regulatory requirements.\n\nAt least 3 years of professional experience in an operational role, preferably in a regulatory driven environment\n\nMeticulous attention to detail, with strong organizational and documentation skills.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.\n\nStrong and open communication skills, resilience, and team spirit.\n\nAble to work independently in a fast-paced, regulated environment\n\nThis position is based in Austria, Vienna\n\nWhy Join Us\nAt Bybit, we are committed to fostering a supportive and enriching work environment. \nOur benefits include:\n- Study Growth Fund: We support your professional development and continuous learning.\n- Internal Events: Participate in regular team-building activities, workshops, and events designed to promote collaboration and innovation.\n- Global Collaboration: Be part of a diverse, international team, working alongside colleagues from around the world.\n- Career Advancement: Access opportunities for growth and advancement within a rapidly expanding global company.\n- Internal Mobility: Grow with us- Your long-term development is important to us.
