Working closely under the guidance of our Talent Acquisition Lead, you will focus on active talent sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and pipeline management. This is a hands-on opportunity to build end-to-end recruitment expertise in a high-velocity, global fintech and crypto environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nSourcing & Candidate Pipeline Generation\nExecute proactive direct sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Web3 communities, and job boards to build qualified candidate pipelines.\n\nConduct initial resume screening and qualifications matching against role requirements.\n\nReach out to prospective candidates with personalized messaging to drive engagement and response rates.\n\nRecruitment Operations & Candidate Coordination\nSupport the full-cycle recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and gathering panel feedback.\n\nMaintain clean, real-time data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse).\n\nAct as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview stages, ensuring a responsive, professional, and positive candidate experience.\n\nMarket Research & Sourcing Intelligence\nAssist with talent mapping, competitor tracking, and compensation data collection to support hiring decisions.\n\nPrepare weekly pipeline updates, stage conversion metrics, and candidate status summaries for team reviews\n\nRequirements\n Experience: 3+ years of recruitment or talent sourcing experience (agency or in-house).
