Supported by 24/7 multilingual customer service and a strong commitment to innovation, we are shaping the future of finance through technology, collaboration, and bold execution.\nToday, Bybit is recognized as one of the most trusted and transparent platforms in the digital asset industry, continuing to expand its global presence while building the infrastructure for the next generation of financial services.\nKey Responsibilities\nProduct Strategy & Innovation\nDefine and execute the European product strategy aligned with business objectives, customer needs and regulatory requirements.\n\nOwn the European product roadmap, priorities, investment allocation and portfolio performance.\n\nIdentify market opportunities, customer trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth.\n\nDevelop competitive product propositions across priority European markets.\n\nProduct Management & Development\nLead the European Product Management function, overseeing product managers and end-to-end product lifecycle management (from discovery, user journey design, to planning and execution).\n\nDrive product development across spot trading, derivatives, payments and investment services, subject to regulatory approvals.\n\nTranslate business requirements and customer insights into product specifications and development priorities.\n\nPartner with Technology, Engineering and global Product teams to ensure effective product delivery and scalability.\n\nBusiness Intelligence & Analytics\nLead the European Business Intelligence function, providing actionable insights to support strategic and operational decisions.\n\nOwn business performance reporting, dashboards, KPIs and analytics across products, customers and commercial activities.\n\nDrive customer segmentation, market intelligence, revenue analysis and business forecasting.\n\nIdentify growth opportunities and performance improvements through data-driven insights.\n\nCustomer Experience & Product Performance\nOwn the product experience across onboarding, KYC, trading, payments and customer engagement.\n\nDrive product adoption, activation, conversion, retention and revenue growth.\n\nUse customer research, analytics and experimentation to continuously improve product performance.\n\nEnsure intuitive, reliable and competitive digital experiences across European markets.\n\nProduct Governance & Regulatory Compliance\nEnsure product development and launches meet applicable European regulatory requirements, including MiCA, EMI, MiFID II, DORA and payment services regulations.\n\nEstablish effective product governance covering product approval, risk assessment and lifecycle management.\n\nPartner with Compliance, Risk and Legal to ensure appropriate product controls, customer protection and regulatory readiness.\n\nLeadership & Collaboration\nBuild and lead high-performing European Product Management and Business Intelligence teams.\n\nSet clear objectives, KPIs and accountability across both functions.\n\nAct as a key member of the European executive leadership team, contributing to business strategy and commercial growth.\n\nCollaborate with global and local stakeholders to align product capabilities with European market and regulatory requirements.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n15+ years of relevant experience in product management, digital financial services or technology, including significant executive leadership experience in crypto, fintech, trading, brokerage or capital markets.\n\nProven experience leading product strategies, multi-market product portfolios and high-performing international teams.\n\nStrong understanding of crypto trading, derivatives, digital assets, payments and investment services.\n\nDemonstrated experience developing and launching financial products in regulated environments.\n\nProven experience leading Product Management and Business Intelligence functions.\n\nStrong knowledge of European regulatory frameworks, including MiCA, MiFID II, EMI, DORA and payment services regulations.\n\nExperience in product analytics, business intelligence, customer segmentation, financial forecasting and performance reporting.\n\nStrong commercial and analytical mindset with experience managing product adoption, conversion, trading volumes, retention and revenue.\n\nExperience working with agile development methodologies, digital platforms, UX/UI and product lifecycle management.\n\nExcellent strategic thinking, leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nFluent English; additional European languages are an advantage; Chinese nice to have.\n\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics or a related field;
