Supported by 24/7 multilingual customer service and a strong commitment to innovation, we are shaping the future of finance through technology, collaboration, and bold execution.\nToday, Bybit is recognized as one of the most trusted and transparent platforms in the digital asset industry, continuing to expand its global presence while building the infrastructure for the next generation of financial services.\nRole Overview\nWe are looking for a highly driven and data-oriented Growth Operations Lead to join Bybit’s Earn & Wealth business.\nThis role will act as a core driver of business growth, responsible for scaling user acquisition, engagement, and asset conversion (AUM growth) across key products such as Savings, Staking, Dual Investment, and Launchpool.\nYou will combine market insights, user behavior analysis, and data-driven execution to build scalable growth systems and continuously optimize business performance.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Growth Strategy & Execution\nDefine and execute user growth, conversion, and retention strategies across the Earn & Wealth product suite\n\nBuild and optimize the full user lifecycle framework (onboarding → first investment → repeat investment → high-value user upgrade)\n\nLead end-to-end planning, execution, and ROI evaluation of growth campaigns and initiatives\n\n2. User Segmentation & Lifecycle Management\nDevelop user segmentation models based on AUM, risk appetite, behavior, and engagement patterns\n\nDesign targeted strategies and journeys for different user cohorts\n\nDrive precision marketing through CRM, push notifications, email, and other engagement channels\n\n3. Data Analytics & Optimization\nBuild and maintain dashboards to track key business metrics (AUM, ARPU, conversion rates, retention, etc.)\n\nLeverage A/B testing and data insights to continuously optimize user journeys and product experience\n\nGenerate structured insights and performance reports to support product and business decision-making\n\n4.
