This role requires a commercially minded, proactive HR partner who understands business operations, can confidently advise senior leadership, and drive effective people and organizational solutions.\nResponsibilities\nPartner closely with senior leaders across Finance, Business Intelligence, Internal Audit, and other corporate functions, providing strategic and hands-on HR support.\n\nDevelop a strong understanding of each function's business priorities, operating model, organizational structure, and talent challenges, translating them into effective people strategies.\n\nAdvise leadership on organization design, workforce planning, succession planning, resource allocation, and organizational effectiveness.\n\nDrive performance management, talent reviews, promotions, retention, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives.\n\nManage complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary cases, performance issues, employee disputes, and sensitive investigations.\n\nPartner with HR COEs and Talent Acquisition on critical hiring, compensation, organizational changes, and people-related initiatives.\n\nLeverage HR data and business insights to identify talent gaps, workforce productivity issues, organizational risks, and opportunities for improvement.\n\nEnsure effective implementation of HR policies and practices in alignment with applicable employment regulations and internal governance standards.\n\nRequirements\n5+ years of HRBP experience, with proven experience partnering with senior business leaders.\n\nHands-on HRBP experience supporting corporate functions, preferably Finance, Business Intelligence, Internal Audit, or related functions within fintech, financial services, technology, or other multinational organizations.\n\nStrong understanding of corporate functional structures, business operations, specialist talent requirements, and organizational challenges.\n\nProven experience in organization design, workforce planning, talent management, performance management, and complex employee relations.\n\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence and maturity to advise and challenge C-level executives and senior leadership.\n\nCommercially minded, analytical, and hands-on, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate independently.\n\nFluent English and Chinese is mandatory, with excellent communication and executive stakeholder engagement skills. \n\nExperience working in a fast-paced, international, matrixed organization undergoing business growth or transformation is preferred.\n\nWhy Join Us\nAt Bybit, we are committed to fostering a supportive and enriching work environment. \nOur benefits include:\n- Study Growth Fund: We support your professional development and continuous learning.\n- Internal Events: Participate in regular team-building activities, workshops, and events designed to promote collaboration and innovation.\n- Global Collaboration: Be part of a diverse, international team, working alongside colleagues from around the world.\n- Career Advancement: Access opportunities for growth and advancement within a rapidly expanding global company.\n- Internal Mobility: Grow with us- Your long-term development is important to us.
