Supported by 24/7 multilingual customer service and a strong commitment to innovation, we are shaping the future of finance through technology, collaboration, and bold execution.\nToday, Bybit is recognized as one of the most trusted and transparent platforms in the digital asset industry, continuing to expand its global presence while building the infrastructure for the next generation of financial services.\n\nPosition Summary\nThe Lead AML Product Specialist, AI & Automation is responsible for improving AML workflows, systems and processes across the AML function.\nThe role will work closely with AML Operations, Investigations, Transaction Monitoring, KYC/KYB, Compliance, Data and Engineering teams to identify inefficiencies, improve processes and deliver scalable solutions. A key part of the mandate is to embed AI and automation into relevant workstreams, with measurable improvements in productivity, quality and effectiveness.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn and prioritise product and process improvement initiatives across AML operations.\n\nReview existing workflows and identify opportunities to simplify, automate or improve how work is performed.\n\nDrive end-to-end improvements across transaction monitoring, investigations, KYC/EDD, STR/SAR preparation, sanctions screening and case management.\n\nWork directly with AML teams to understand operational pain points and redesign workflows where appropriate.\n\nTranslate AML and regulatory requirements into clear product requirements for Engineering, Data and AI teams.\n\nDevelop practical solutions that reduce repetitive manual work and improve the quality and consistency of AML reviews.\n\nEmbed AI-enabled tools into relevant AML workflows and ensure they are adopted in day-to-day operations.\n\nEnsure appropriate controls, human review, escalation and auditability are built into new processes.\n\nTrack outcomes such as analyst productivity, turnaround time, false-positive reduction, investigation quality and control effectiveness.\n\nBe accountable for demonstrating meaningful application of AI and automation across the AML workstreams under the role’s remit.\n\nRequirements\n6+ years of experience in AML, financial crime, compliance technology, product management or a related field.\n\nStrong understanding of AML operations, including transaction monitoring, investigations, KYC/KYB/EDD and suspicious transaction reporting.\n\nExperience improving or implementing AML systems, workflows or operational processes.\n\nExperience working with AI, automation or data-driven solutions.\n\nStrong product management, analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to translate AML operational needs into practical technology solutions.\n\nStrong technology mindset and a track record of using new tools to improve how work is performed.\n\nExperience in crypto, payments, fintech or financial services is preferred.\n\nWhy Join Us\nAt Bybit, we are committed to fostering a supportive and enriching work environment. \nOur benefits include:\n- Study Growth Fund: We support your professional development and continuous learning.\n- Internal Events: Participate in regular team-building activities, workshops, and events designed to promote collaboration and innovation.\n- Global Collaboration: Be part of a diverse, international team, working alongside colleagues from around the world.\n- Career Advancement: Access opportunities for growth and advancement within a rapidly expanding global company.\n- Internal Mobility: Grow with us- Your long-term development is important to us.
