Supported by 24/7 multilingual customer service and a strong commitment to innovation, we are shaping the future of finance through technology, collaboration, and bold execution.\nToday, Bybit is recognized as one of the most trusted and transparent platforms in the digital asset industry, continuing to expand its global presence while building the infrastructure for the next generation of financial services.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain backend systems for Trading Risk, including real-time risk controls, limit management, risk monitoring, and internal risk platforms.\n\nBuild reliable and scalable distributed systems with a strong focus on correctness, availability, concurrency, and fault recovery.\n\nDevelop and maintain real-time data processing pipelines and risk-related data infrastructure.\n\nOwn the end-to-end engineering lifecycle, including technical design, implementation, testing, integration, production rollout, and troubleshooting.\n\nWork closely with cross-functional teams to drive technical solutions and project delivery.\n\nParticipate in system design reviews, code reviews, production incident investigation, and continuous reliability improvements.\n\nRequirements\n3+ years of backend development experience with strong proficiency in Go, C++, or Java.
