System Reliability\nEnsure the stability, availability, and performance of the company's core business infrastructure across AWS and Tencent Cloud globally; accountable for production environment SLAs.\n\nMaintain stable operation and troubleshooting of the service mesh based on Kubernetes + Envoy/Istio architecture; drive gateway-layer governance standards.\n\nDefine and implement SLO/SLI/Error Budget frameworks to continuously improve service reliability.\n\nIdentify system bottlenecks and single points of failure; drive architectural improvements.\n\n2. Automation & Engineering Efficiency\nDevelop operations automation tools: capacity assessment, auto-scaling, self-healing, and change automation.\n\nBuild SRE platforms: lead or contribute to building SRE platforms (capacity management, cost analysis, service health dashboards) and iterate continuously with the team.\n\nAPI integration: interface with monitoring systems, cloud platforms, and Kubernetes APIs to enable automated data workflows.\n\nChaos Engineering: design and implement chaos engineering practices to proactively validate system fault tolerance.\n\nIaC & CI/CD: advance Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Helm / GitOps) and CI/CD pipeline optimization to improve release safety and reduce manual operations.\n\n3.
