Supported by 24/7 multilingual customer service and a strong commitment to innovation, we are shaping the future of finance through technology, collaboration, and bold execution.\nToday, Bybit is recognized as one of the most trusted and transparent platforms in the digital asset industry, continuing to expand its global presence while building the infrastructure for the next generation of financial services.\nJob Responsibilities\nResponsible for product planning and delivery of Direct Stocks and Tokenized Stocks, covering core modules including accounts, assets, trading, market data, fund settlement, and corporate actions.\nResponsible for interfacing with overseas brokers, clearing houses, custodians, and tokenized stock issuers - driving API integration, business process design, system joint testing, and product launch.\nDesign US equity trading product capabilities, including:Order types: market orders, limit orders, conditional orders, etc.\nTrading sessions: pre-market, regular hours, after-hours, and overnight trading\nBuying power, order freezes, trade settlement deductions, and unsettled funds management\nMarket data display, NBBO, price protection, and abnormal market data fallback mechanisms\nCorporate actions: dividends, stock splits, reverse splits, mergers & acquisitions, and delistings\n\nResponsible for integrating Direct Stocks with the platform's existing account system, fund accounts, and trading infrastructure - designing fund flows including deposits, FX conversion, transfers, settlement, reconciliation, and withdrawal restrictions.\nResponsible for mStocks product mechanism design, including token issuance, subscription/redemption, minting/burning, asset custody, price pegging, liquidity, and on-chain trading workflows.\nCollaborate with compliance, legal, finance, risk control, engineering, and operations teams to drive product market access, investor suitability management, and risk control solutions across different countries and regions.\nContinuously research and produce competitive analysis and product iteration proposals.\n\nQualifications\n3+ years of experience in trading products, with background in US equities, securities trading, brokerage, tokenized stocks, or RWA products.\nFamiliar with the Direct Stocks business model, with an understanding of the roles of brokers, introducing brokers, clearing brokers, custodians, and market makers.\nProficient in core securities trading processes, including:Orders, fills, positions, and buying power\nT+1 settlement and unsettled cash\nOmnibus accounts and sub-accounts\nPrefunding, net settlement, and reconciliation\nCorporate actions and dividend tax\n\nFamiliar with US equity trading sessions, order types, time-in-force (TIF), circuit breakers, NBBO, SIP market data, and price protection mechanisms.\nUnderstands the business architecture of Tokenized Stocks / mStocks, including on-chain issuance, reserve assets, subscription/redemption, liquidity management, and price pegging mechanisms.\nStrong systematic product design skills - able to independently deliver business process design, product architecture, state machines, exception handling, and reconciliation solutions.\nStrong English communication skills, capable of directly engaging with overseas brokers, vendors, and partner institutions to drive requirements and resolve issues.\nDetail-oriented regarding trading mechanics and fund security, with strong cross-functional coordination and complex project management capabilities.\nWhy Join Us\nAt Bybit, we are committed to fostering a supportive and enriching work environment. \nOur benefits include:\n- Study Growth Fund: We support your professional development and continuous learning.\n- Internal Events: Participate in regular team-building activities, workshops, and events designed to promote collaboration and innovation.\n- Global Collaboration: Be part of a diverse, international team, working alongside colleagues from around the world.\n- Career Advancement: Access opportunities for growth and advancement within a rapidly expanding global company.\n- Internal Mobility: Grow with us- Your long-term development is important to us.
