The Head of Learning & Development will build one learning engine for the whole company: how new hires get productive, how leaders grow, how engineers and sales teams stay sharp, and how the company comes together at all-hands.\nMission: Help every Bybit employee get up to speed fast, keep growing, and perform at their best, and build the leaders we need as we scale.\nKey responsibilities\nLearning & development\nBuild and own Bybit's global learning strategy, tied to business priorities and our values.\n\nDesign and deliver leadership development for first-time managers, senior leaders, and high-potential talent.\n\nBuild core skills programs, including communication, feedback, coaching, and decision-making.\n\nOwn required and compliance training with Legal and Compliance, ensuring completion across all regions.\n\nRun the learning platform (LMS) and content library; blend live, digital, and on-the-job learning.\n\nPartner with HR Business Partners on development plans, career paths, and succession.\n\nMeasure learning impact on performance, retention, and readiness, not just attendance.\n\nEmployee onboarding\nOwn the global onboarding program from offer acceptance through the first 90 days.\n\nBuild a consistent company onboarding experience, plus role-specific tracks for engineering, sales, operations, and leaders.\n\nPartner with Talent Acquisition, IT, Workplace Operations, and hiring managers so day one runs smoothly in every location.\n\nTrack time-to-productivity and new-hire feedback, and keep improving the program.\n\nAll-hands\nOwn the company all-hands program: cadence, agenda, content, and speaker preparation.\n\nPartner with the CEO, executives, and Internal Communications on key messages and storytelling.\n\nDeliver all-hands across time zones and formats (in person, hybrid, virtual) so every office and team can take part.\n\nGather feedback after each session and raise quality and engagement over time.\n\nTechnical enablement\nPartner with Engineering, Product, and Security leaders to build learning paths for technical teams.\n\nDeliver programs on Bybit's platform and architecture, crypto and blockchain fundamentals, security practices, and new tools including AI.\n\nBuild onboarding and certification paths that get engineers productive faster.\n\nCreate a strong internal teaching culture through tech talks, documentation, and subject-matter-expert programs.\n\nSales enablement\nPartner with Sales, Business Development, and Marketing leaders to build the sales enablement program.\n\nOwn sales onboarding and ramp plans, product and market training, and messaging certification.\n\nBuild playbooks, training content, and coaching programs for sales managers.\n\nWork with Compliance so sales teams communicate accurately in regulated markets.\n\nTrack ramp time, win rates, and quota attainment to show impact.\n\nLeadership\nBuild, lead, and develop a global team of learning, onboarding, and enablement professionals.\n\nOwn the function's budget, vendors, and learning technology.\n\nServe as a member of the People Leadership Team and a trusted partner to senior business leaders.\n\nWhat success looks like in the first 12 months\n\nArea\n\nOutcome\n\nLearning & development\n\nGlobal learning strategy approved; manager development program launched for all people leaders\n\nOnboarding\n\nOne global onboarding program live in every office, with measurable gains in new-hire experience and time-to-productivity\n\nAll-hands\n\nRegular all-hands cadence set, with rising attendance and feedback scores\n\nTechnical enablement\n\nEngineering onboarding path and a recurring tech-talk program in place\n\nSales enablement\n\nStandard sales onboarding and ramp plan launched; ramp time tracked and improving\n\nTeam\n\nFunction fully staffed, with a single learning platform and clear budget\n\nWhat you bring\nRequirements\n12+ years in learning & development, talent development, or enablement, with 5+ years leading teams.\n\nProven track record building company-wide L&D and onboarding programs from the ground up.\n\nHands-on experience running technical enablement, sales enablement, or both.\n\nExperience in a high-growth, global company with employees in multiple countries.\n\nStrong program design skills, grounded in adult learning principles.\n\nComfort using data to measure learning impact on business results.\n\nExcellent facilitation and presentation skills, including with senior executives.\n\nFluent English.\n\nPreferred\nExperience in fintech, crypto, financial services, or another regulated industry.\n\nExperience producing large company events or all-hands.\n\nHands-on use of AI tools to build and personalize learning content.\n\nFamiliarity with learning and enablement platforms (e.g., Workday Learning, Docebo, Highspot, Seismic).\n\nCoaching certification (e.g., ICF) is a plus.\n\nArabic or Mandarin is a plus.\n\nHow you lead\nBuilder.
