The successful candidate will initially take ownership of key business initiatives, with the opportunity to progressively assume team leadership responsibilities based on performance and demonstrated capabilities.\nThe ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of crypto user behavior, trading products, and market dynamics, with the ability to drive the evolution of user engagement toward data-driven personalization, intelligent recommendations, and automated reach.\nKey Responsibilities\nUser Lifecycle Management\n\nDevelop systematic lifecycle engagement strategies covering registration, KYC, first deposit/trade, activation, retention, churn prevention, and reactivation.\n\nSegment users based on behavioral data, trading activity, asset holdings, and product preferences to deliver targeted engagement strategies.\n\nOptimize lifecycle conversion funnels to improve trading activity, retention, reactivation, and long-term user value.\n\nPersonalization & Intelligent Recommendations\n\nDesign personalized engagement strategies and recommendation logic based on user behavior, interests, lifecycle stages, and real-time context.\n\nCollaborate with Product, Data, and Algorithm teams to develop and implement user profiling, recommendation rules, and intelligent decision-making capabilities.\n\nEstablish recommendation prioritization, user-content matching, and performance evaluation mechanisms to improve relevance and conversion.\n\nMarket & Trading Scenario Engagement\n\nDevelop systematic market-triggered engagement strategies based on price movements, market trends, asset holdings, watchlists, and trading preferences.\n\nBuild real-time or near-real-time engagement triggers and optimize message relevance, timing, and frequency.\n\nImprove the alignment between market insights and user interests to drive trading engagement and conversion.\n\nAutomated Reach & Engagement\n\nDevelop intelligent and automated engagement strategies across Push, Email, Inbox, In-App, Banner, Popup, and other owned channels.\n\nDesign automated engagement scenarios and trigger logic based on user lifecycle stages, behavioral signals, and market events.\n\nEstablish cross-channel prioritization, frequency capping, suppression rules, and channel orchestration to improve efficiency and user experience.\n\nDrive the implementation and scaling of automated engagement capabilities while reducing manual operations.\n\nData Analytics & Business Growth\n\nEstablish key performance metrics for user engagement and lifecycle management, leveraging funnel analysis, user segmentation, cohort analysis, and A/B testing.\n\nEvaluate engagement effectiveness and incremental business impact to continuously optimize strategies.\n\nDrive measurable improvements in user activation, trading conversion, retention, and reactivation.\n\nProject Leadership & Team Management\n\nLead complex cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Data, Algorithm, Engineering, and business teams, ensuring successful execution and measurable outcomes.\n\nDevelop clear project roadmaps, priorities, and milestones while proactively resolving execution challenges.\n\nDemonstrate strong people management and talent development capabilities, with the potential to take on broader team leadership responsibilities.\n\nRequirements\n5+ years of relevant experience in crypto exchanges, with a deep understanding of exchange products, business models, and user lifecycles.\n\nProven experience in personalization, recommendation systems, intelligentCRM, or algorithm-driven growth projects, with the ability to design and implement effective engagement strategies.\n\nExceptional data sense and analytical thinking, with strong capabilities in user behavior analysis, segmentation, conversion funnels, and experimentation.\n\nStrong understanding of crypto trading behaviors, asset preferences, market sensitivity, and core trading products, including Spot and Derivatives.\n\nHands-on experience building automated engagement or lifecycle management frameworks, with a track record of scaling operational strategies.\n\nPrevious people management experience, including goal setting, team development, and cross-functional collaboration.\n\nStrong project ownership and execution capabilities, with a proven track record of driving complex initiatives from 0 to 1 and delivering measurable business results.\n\nHighly ambitious, resilient, results-oriented, and accountable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure
