Our global workplace footprint includes rented offices with local administrative support, rented offices without local administrative support, and co-working locations.\nThe Head of Global Workplace Operations manages and develops local team leaders across this footprint. You will ensure every location is safe, well run, cost-effective, and a place people want to come to work, maintaining consistent standards while adapting delivery to local needs and the level of on-site support available.\nMission: Give every Bybit employee a safe, productive, and welcoming workplace, run efficiently across every rented office and co-working location.\nGlobal workplace footprint\nRented offices with local administrative support: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Georgia, Austria, and others in South East Asia.\n\nRented offices without local administrative support: Turkey, Brazil, Lithuania, and the Netherlands.\n\nCo-working locations: US, China, Kazakhstan, Paris, Bahrain, Bangalore, and Hong Kong.\n\nKey responsibilities\nOffice strategy and real estate\nOwn the global workplace strategy and space plan across rented offices and co-working locations, in partnership with Finance and business leaders.\n\nLead office openings, moves, expansions, and fit-outs, on time and on budget.\n\nSupport lease negotiations and renewals with Finance and Legal.\n\nUse occupancy data and employee feedback to plan space and design better offices.\n\nFacilities and site operations\nOversee day-to-day workplace operations through local team leaders: facilities, maintenance, front desk, mail, supplies, and amenities, as applicable to each location and operating model.\n\nSet and enforce consistent workplace standards across all sites, with clear accountability for local team leaders and service arrangements tailored to each location.\n\nProvide spaces that meet diverse needs, such as prayer, wellness, and parent rooms.\n\nEnable local team leaders to support internal events and visits at each location, in partnership with the Internal Events team.\n\nHealth, safety, and security\nOwn workplace health and safety, including local regulatory compliance at each site.\n\nPartner with Security and IT on physical security, access control, and visitor management.\n\nLead business continuity and emergency response plans for every office.\n\nVendors, budget, and team\nManage facilities vendors and service contracts, with clear service levels.\n\nOwn the workplace budget and drive cost discipline.\n\nManage, coach, and develop local team leaders across regions, setting clear objectives, decision rights, and performance expectations. Coordinate local administrators and facilities staff where available, and central support functions, vendors, or co-working providers where on-site support is limited.\n\nTrack and report on cost, service quality, and employee satisfaction with the workplace.\n\nWhat success looks like in the first 12 months\n\nArea\n\nOutcome\n\nStandards\n\nConsistent workplace standards defined and in place across the full rented-office and co-working footprint\n\nSpace plan\n\nMulti-year office space plan and budget agreed with Finance\n\nSafety\n\nHealth, safety, and business continuity plans reviewed and tested at every site\n\nVendors\n\nFacilities contracts reviewed, with service levels and cost savings where possible\n\nExperience\n\nWorkplace satisfaction measured and improving\n\nTeam\n\nClear local team-leader accountability across all locations, with reporting lines, performance objectives, and support arrangements appropriate to each operating model\n\nWhat you bring\nRequirements\n10+ years in workplace, facilities, or real estate operations, with 5+ years leading teams.\n\nExperience managing local team leaders across multiple countries and workplace operating models, including rented offices and co-working locations.\n\nProven delivery of office openings, moves, or fit-out projects.\n\nStrong knowledge of workplace health and safety and local regulations.\n\nTrack record of managing vendors, contracts, and budgets.\n\nExcellent organization and communication skills.\n\nFluent English.\n\nPreferred\nExperience in fintech, crypto, financial services, or another regulated industry.\n\nExperience with workplace tools (e.g., space planning, visitor management, or service request systems).\n\nFacilities or safety certification (e.g., IFMA, NEBOSH).\n\nArabic or Mandarin is a plus.\n\nHow you lead\nOperator.
