As a global pioneer in New Energy Solutions BYD is dedicated to building a zero-emission ecosystem.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCapacities for circuit design\nProficient in analog circuit and digital circuit design, familiar with high-precision ADC acquisition, DC-DC isolated power supply, MOSFET driver, active / passive equalization circuit.\nProficient in at least one EDA tool: Altium Designer, Cadence (OrCAD / Allegro), PADS, Protel.\nExperience in multilayer PCB Layout, able to complete layout and routing independently, focusing on high voltage isolation, thermal design, signal integrity.\n\nBMS Expertise\nDeep understanding of the BMS system architecture: Main Control Board (BMU), Acquisition Board (CMU / CSB), High Voltage Board (HVU) function division and design.\nFamiliar with core device selection: AFE chip (such as TI, NXP, ADI series), MCU, isolation communication chip, SBC chip, etc.\nUnderstand the charging and discharging characteristics of lithium batteries, the principle of SOC / SOH estimation, and the equalization strategy.\n\nCommunication and Interface Protocol\nProficient in CAN / CANFD, RS485 / 232, SPI, I2C, UART and other bus interface design.\nUnderstanding UDS / OBD diagnostic protocols.\n\nTest validation and certification\nSkilled use of test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectral analyzers and electronic loads, heat sinks.\nExperience in EMC / EMI design and rectification (filtering, shielding, grounding, etc.).\nKnowledge of safety standards (IEC / GB / UL / CE) and functional safety concepts (ISO 26262 / IEC 61508).\nExperience in DV / PV validation, FCT / EOL testing is preferred.\n\nOther points\nExperience in full R&D of BMS production project (from solution to SOP).\nThere is a case of BOM cost reduction.\nUnderstanding the ASPICE process.\nHigh voltage (≥ 1500 V) high current energy storage product development experience.\n\nSkills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:\nFull-time subject learning experience, with work experience is preferred.\n\nElectrical and electronics, automation, vehicle engineering and other related majors, familiar with analog and digital electronics.\n\nFamiliar with BMS control strategy and front-end shunting experience is preferred.\n\nKnowledge of battery pack electrical and electronic systems (including BMS, distribution box, wiring harness, etc.) is preferred.\n\nFamiliar with Simulink or embedded software development tools is preferred.\n\nFluent in English and Chinese, German is preferred.\n\nWe Offer:\nCompetitive remuneration based on performance and experience.\n\nOpportunities for department and company-wide team building events.\n\nA chance to contribute to the transition towards zero-emission transportation and the decarbonization of the economy.\n\nIf you align with our mission and have the skills we need, apply to be our HR in Germany today.
