Qualifications, and Experience Required:\nEducation Requirements: Associate degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.\nExperience Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in the power industry or with high/low voltage systems, with preference for those with energy storage experience.\n Hands-on experience with equipment installation, commissioning, and maintenance, preferably familiar with energy storage systems.\nSkills Requirements: Solid understanding of electrical systems, particularly energy storage systems and their principles.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, capable of working in high/low voltage environments.\nExcellent communication and customer service skills, able to work efficiently under pressure.\nCertification Requirements: Relevant electrical or high voltage operation certifications are preferred.\nOther Requirements: Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to flexible
