Technicians are assigned to a location within the field that modifies and repairs mechanical and electrical processes of the ESS, do the commission work and follows documentation pertaining to their assigned station in their department.\nJOB DESCRIPTION \nReceive batteries, cube unload, and document them by serial numbers\nTest cubes, batteries, and components using BYD software and hardware\nDisassemble cubes, make repairs and modifications based on engineering or manager’s direction\nDocument all issues and repairs as well as changes made\nClean and organize inside and outside work areas that include warehouse\nWork with team members to create a safe, efficient work environment while maintaining high quality work product and repairs\nHelp document and repair cubes at port site\nSupporting warehouse by assisting with organizing and inventory\nDemonstrates attention to detail\nDemonstrates required skills\nGathers and analyzes information skillfully\nCommunicates changes and progress\nBalances team and individual responsibilities\nAdapts to changes in the work environment\nFollows instruction, responds to management direction\nDemonstrates accuracy and thoroughness\nUpholds organizational values\nProper use of PPE and observes safety and security procedures of BYD and adhere to customer safety and procedures\nOther duties as assigned\nREQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE \nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
