Ensure data consistency and reliability across systems.\nReporting and Visualisation: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualisations using BI tools to present channel performance metrics, inventory statuses, and distribution efficiency.\nExcel Expertise: Utilise advanced Excel functions (e. g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros) for data analysis, reporting, and automation tasks. Ensure accurate data manipulation and reporting.\nPerformance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to channel operations and inventory management. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve channel strategies and supply chain operations.\nTechnical Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate and support channel data systems, ensuring smooth data flow and system functionality.\nStakeholder Collaboration: Engage with supply chain, marketing, sales, and other teams to understand their needs, provide data-driven solutions, and support operational initiatives.\nData Quality Assurance: Implement and uphold data quality standards to maintain the accuracy and integrity of channel and inventory data.\nTrend Analysis: Conduct analyses on market trends, customer behaviour, and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions related to channel management and inventory control.\nDocumentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data management processes, system configurations, and operational workflows.\nAnalytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the capability to derive actionable insights from data and provide strategic recommendations.\nCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present technical and operational insights to non-technical stakeholders.\nAttention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in both technical and operational data analysis.\n\nRequirements: \nA bachelor's degree, preferably in business analytics, supply chain management, data science, information technology, or a related field.
