As part of this dedicated team, you’ll contribute to and develop your skills alongside 14 talented engineers and technicians. Together, we own the lithography equipment and processes, continuously monitoring performance and driving improvements. Our mission is to accelerate the introduction and development of new products while ensuring smooth, high-quality production\nIn this role, you will:\nDevelop, maintain and improve Lithography processes.\n\nEstablish, and maintain routines and documentation.\n\nHandle stopped production batches and development material together with process integration engineers (PIs).\n\nParticipate in process qualification of new equipment/materials and release to them production.\n\nParticipate in the startup of new products, review specifications and process flows.\n\nTake responsibility for area equipment, improving the tool uptime, maintain and develop new standardized process modules.\n\nCollaboration with all levels of the organization and external vendors of the materials and equipment.\n\nWe are looking for someone who has:\nA master's degree in engineering, specializing in Applied Physics, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field.\n\nPrevious experience in an engineering role is considered an advantage, particularly experience in an industrial environment.\n\nAn understanding of lithography techniques and semiconductor processing principles is considered an advantage.\n\nThe ability to see opportunities for improvement and manage projects to follow through with those improvements.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.\n\nStrong skills in documentation and quality management\n\nExcellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Swedish is considered a merit.\n\nWhat we offer you:\nThe chance to work closely with fantastic colleagues.\n\nThe opportunity to work with the latest technology in MEMS.\n\nTo be part of a leading company driving technology development in the industry.\n\nStrong knowledge exchange with the world's foremost experts in process integration and process development of MEMS.\n\nAbout Silex\nSilex is the world’s largest and most advanced pure-play MEMS foundry, headquartered in Stockholm.
