Accounts Executive\nExperience - 2-3 years\nLocation - Gurgaon, Haryana\nAccounts Payable:\nResponsible for paying and keeping record of all invoices\nResponsible for paying and keeping record of employees all expenses\nResponsible for all invoices and expenses booking keeping\nMaintain precise records of all vendor payments\nMonitor tax liabilities and ensure tax liabilities are paid on time\nKeep track of all company credit card spending, and make payments on credit accounts\nAnalyze all accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure payment accuracy\nWork collaboratively with various departments to perform accounting audits\n\nAccounts Receivable:\nResponsible for keeping record of all revenue invoices.\nResponsible for updating bank receipt in books.\nResponsible for reconciling client ledgers.\nMaintain precise records of all Bank receipts.\nReconciling TDS receivable ledger with 26AS\nAnalyze all accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to track receivables\nWork collaboratively with various departments to perform accounting audits\n\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in accounting, finance.\n2-3 year’s
