Assistant Manager - Client Servicing\nExperience - 5-6+ Years\nLocation - Mumbai, Maharashtra (Andheri East)\nRole Overview:\nResponsible for managing key client accounts, building strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring seamless staffing service delivery, and driving client retention and account growth.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage key client accounts and act as the primary point of contact for client requirements, queries and escalations.\nUnderstand workforce requirements and coordinate with recruitment and operations teams for timely fulfilment and deployment.\nBuild strong relationships with key client stakeholders through regular meetings, reviews and business discussions.\nMonitor account performance, SLA/KPIs, manpower deployment, attrition and service quality.\nDrive resolution of operational, payroll, compliance and employee-related issues in coordination with internal teams.\nIdentify opportunities for account expansion, new business, cross-selling and increased manpower requirements.\nHandle commercial discussions, rate negotiations, agreement renewals, invoicing and payment follow-ups.\nPrepare account MIS and performance reports and provide regular updates to clients and senior management.\nProactively identify account risks, improve service quality and ensure long-term client retention.\nKey Skills-\nExcellent client
