help define test strategy where needed\nTroubleshoot production issues and guide root-cause analysis across the stack\nParticipate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical documentation\nMentor junior developers and help them grow technically\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nMust-Have\n5+ years of hands-on experience with .NET Core / C# backend development\nStrong working knowledge of PostgreSQL (query optimization, stored procedures, schema design);
