from system design and development to deployment and performance optimization.\nYour Role\nYou will be responsible for:\n Building robust, scalable, and maintainable Ruby on Rails applications with strong test coverage. \n Debugging issues, fixing bugs, identifying performance bottlenecks, and improving application performance. \n Continuously evaluating and adopting new technologies to improve development efficiency. \n Solving complex technical problems and collaborating with teammates on architecture and solutions. \n Deploying and maintaining multi-tier, multi-stage web applications. \n Working directly with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. \n Helping refine internal engineering processes and best practices.\nRequirements\nWhat You'll Bring to the Table\nPrimary Requirements:\n2+ years of professional experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails. \nSolid understanding of Object-Oriented Design Principles. \nExperience writing and maintaining unit tests (test-first is a plus). \nComfortable working with JavaScript, jQuery, and frontend fundamentals. \nGood understanding of HTML, HTML5, and CSS. \nComfortable using the Unix command line. \nCurious about new technologies and modern development practices. \nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team. \nConfident, humble, and growth-oriented mindset.\nMinimum 80% marks in both 10th and 12th standard.\nPreferred Requirements:\n Experience building database-driven applications with significant user interaction. \n Contributions to open-source projects. \n Experience with NoSQL / document databases such as Redis or MongoDB. \n Exposure to modern frontend frameworks like React or Angular. \n Experience using Git (GitHub/Bitbucket) for collaboration. \n Familiarity with tools like JIRA or Pivotal Tracker. \n Basic understanding of Agile methodologies. \n Experience with SASS / LESS / HAML.\nSoft Skills & Mindset\n Clear communication and willingness to ask questions. \n Curious, proactive, and eager to learn from senior engineers. \n Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative product environment. \n Strong desire to build real products that solve real problems.\nBenefits\nCompetitive salary based on skill set.\nFully remote role -
