You will also collaborate directly with leadership to ensure strategic priorities are translated into clear execution plans and delivered efficiently with quality and impact.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDrive end-to-end execution for complex, cross-functional, multi-team initiatives from planning through release and post-launch follow-up. \nEnsure clarity on deliverables, ownership, and timelines across all departments. \nTranslate product vision into actionable roadmaps in partnership with Product Owners. \nCoordinate with Engineering Leads on sprint planning, resource allocation, and technical dependencies. \nBalance delivery timelines with quality and business priorities while identifying and mitigating risks. \nAlign execution with business objectives by collaborating with the CTO, CEO, and functional heads. \nAct as the primary communication bridge between teams and leadership. \nChampion Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Lean practices and facilitate ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. \nContinuously refine delivery processes to improve velocity, communication, and quality. \nMentor mid-level PMs and team coordinators and help scale delivery frameworks across the organization. \nMaintain transparency and operational efficiency using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Airtable. \nCommunicate progress and blockers clearly to stakeholders at all levels.\nAt Stadium, you will play a key role in shaping how organizations create memorable experiences for their teams and customers.\nYou will benefit from:\nWorking at the intersection of product, engineering, and business strategy. \nDirect collaboration with senior leadership (CTO, CEO) and influence on key decisions. \nOpportunities to build and scale systems and processes that enable company growth. \nA collaborative environment that values clarity, ownership, and impact. \nA role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a high-growth product company.\nRequirements\n5+ years as a Project Manager or Program Manager in a product-led organization (SaaS, digital product, or platform company), with a track record of owning delivery end-to-end across cross-functional teams.\nProven experience managing large, cross-functional programs with multiple dependencies and high visibility. \nStrong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Lean principles. \nExperience working closely with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and CXO-level stakeholders. \nExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. \nStrong analytical, organizational, and facilitation abilities. \nProficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Airtable, or similar project management tools. \nBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nDemonstrated ownership of business outcomes (e.g., user growth, NPS, delivery efficiency, revenue impact) - not just tracking metrics, but driving measurable results.\nExperience integrating AI or automation tools into delivery or product workflows (e.g., AI-assisted reporting, GenAI adoption, automated dashboards).\nExperience at a product-led organization (SaaS, digital product, or platform company);
