The company works with leading global technology partners and provides solutions to enterprise and hyperscale customers worldwide.\nKey Requirement:\nWe are looking for a BIM & Design Coordination Engineer to support data center projects\n\nThis role is not limited to BIM modelling or drawing production. The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of design and construction requirements and be able to coordinate effectively with the General Contractor (GC), consultants, and site teams.\n\nThe role will be responsible for reviewing design information, identifying discrepancies and constructability issues, verifying actual site conditions, coordinating design changes, and ensuring that drawings and BIM models accurately reflect the latest approved design and site conditions.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n1. BIM & Design Coordination\nManage BIM models, drawings, and design coordination across disciplines.\n\nReview and resolve design conflicts and coordination issues.\n\nEnsure approved design changes are accurately reflected in BIM and drawings.\n\n2. Site Verification & As-Built\nVerify site conditions against approved drawings and BIM models.\n\nIdentify discrepancies and update BIM models, drawings, and as-built documentation.\n\n3. Design & Constructability\nIdentify and resolve design and constructability issues affecting installation and project delivery.\n\nCoordinate practical solutions with Project, Technical, GC, and site teams.\n\n4. Stakeholder Coordination\nCoordinate with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.\n\nFollow up on design, site, and coordination issues through to resolution.\n\n5.
