This role ensures that facility systems operate safely, reliably, and in accordance with established operational procedures.\nKey Responsibilities\nFacility Operations\nSupport day-to-day operation of critical data center facility infrastructure.\n\nConduct regular inspections of electrical, mechanical, cooling, and environmental systems.\n\nMonitor facility systems and identify abnormal conditions or potential risks.\n\nProvide onsite support during scheduled maintenance, testing, and change activities.\n\nEnsure facility systems operate in accordance with approved operational procedures.\n\nMaintenance Coordination\nCoordinate with data center providers and vendors on Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) maintenance activities.\n\nReview maintenance schedules and coordinate activities to minimize operational disruption.\n\nSupport maintenance planning, implementation, and follow-up activities.\n\nMonitor vendor maintenance activities and ensure work is performed in accordance with approved procedures.\n\nIncident & Risk Management\nRespond to facility-related incidents, including power failures, cooling issues, alarms, and other system abnormalities.\n\nPerform initial troubleshooting and assessment of facility-related issues.\n\nEscalate incidents promptly to the relevant teams and support incident resolution.\n\nParticipate in post-incident reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nOperational Compliance & Documentation\nFollow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Method of Procedures (MOP), and applicable safety guidelines.\n\nMaintain accurate documentation of facility operations, maintenance activities, incidents, and changes.\n\nSupport audit and compliance requirements.\n\nEnsure all maintenance and operational activities comply with site safety and operational requirements.\n\nReporting & Coordination\nProvide operational updates on facility activities, maintenance, incidents, and changes.\n\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams, including data center operations, facility providers, vendors, and regional teams.\n\nSupport facility capacity planning for space, power, and cooling requirements.\n\nParticipate in operational briefings and coordination meetings.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nDegree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.\n\nExperience working in data center facilities, critical infrastructure, or building systems environments.\n\nBasic understanding of electrical systems, HVAC, cooling systems, and facility monitoring systems.\n\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\n\nGood communication and coordination skills.\n\nStrong attention to detail and ability to follow strict operational and safety procedures.\n\nAbility to work independently and escalate operational issues when
